About us

It is located in a privileged setting of the area of Ribadeo, specifically in As Barreiras. Its philosophy is based on two pillars: the unquestionable presence of the Galician taste in its cuisine and a careful and personalized service in the accommodation department.

Javier Montero believes in a creative traditional cuisine, a new concept where he arrives after having mixed years of personal experience with the teaching of traditional cuisine he learned from his mother.

The Hotel Restaurante Javier Montero has four exclusive rooms of which they take the greatest care so their guests find there all the comforts they need.
